T-mobile latest Models
Today T-Mobile and Sharp announced the latest iteration of the Sidekick line of messaging devices, the Sidekick LX 2009. This new Sidekick retains most of the general features of the previous Sidekicks, with full QWERTY keyboard, trackball and gaming keys, but manages to have a larger, 3.2-inch high-definition swivel screen and a smaller footprint. It will have built-in MySpace, Facebook and Twitter clients, as well as the option to download Microsoft Exchange Active Sync via the Sidekick Download Catalog (for a fee). The Sidekick LX 2009 has a host of other improvements, including 1700MHz HSPA, a 3.2 megapixel camera with autofocus and LED flash, GPS, and Bluetooth 2.0 with A2DP. The Sidekick LX 2009 will be available via pre-order to current T-Mobile subscribers for $200. General retail availability will start on May 13, though pricing has not yet been determined
